CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking a Lead Process Engineer to join our Power Sector in Boston, MA; Albany, NY or Richmond, VA office.

The Lead Process Engineer, a key role at CHA, provides process engineering leadership in developing and implementing process concepts and designs on complex projects for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, food & beverage, and advanced manufacturing facilities. At CHA, our Lead Process Engineer leads a team of engineers in the procurement and execution of critical process engineering projects. This individual is also responsible for coordinating with various internal business partners and subconsultants including; architects, mechanical, electrical, and controls engineers so must communicate effectively with the ability to adapt communication style to suit various audiences.
CHA's Lead Process Engineer resolves highly complex technical issues, and continuously monitors the progress and performance on a project to ensure efficient production and uncover potential problems. The Lead Process Engineer recognizes technical discrepancies in analytical results and makes appropriate corrections following standard procedures and recommends alterations to development and design to improve quality of design.
