Our summer program aims to prepare students for the professional working environment and provide them with the best resources to be successful in their future careers. Over the 8 to 12-week duration of CHA's summer internship program, our interns participate in authentic learning experiences that help them improve and develop skills.

YOUR IMPACT

When it comes to environmental issues, the goal is always to minimize risk. CHA achieves this goal by having intimate knowledge of environmental regulations and properly assessing site conditions and applicable mitigation approaches. We understand your goals and clearly communicate with you through the course of your sensitive environmental project. We provide creative solutions to help clients investigate environmental problems, design cleanup solutions, and comply with regulatory requirements. Environmental, health & safety services include Air Testing/Permitting, Geotechincal Investigations and Design, Hazardous Material Building Assessment, Health/Safety, Site Investigations, Environmental Permitting & Compliance, Remediation Ecological Services, Landfill Design & Closure Services.

REQUIREMENTS
    Working towards an Environmental and/or Geotechnical Engineering degree; Environmental Science may also be accepted
  • Attending a full time matriculated and nationally accredited Bachelor or Graduate program.
  • Completed one full year of college (rising sophomore).
  • Candidates going into their junior or senior year of college are preferred.
  • May 2023 graduates will not be accepted for CHA's Internship program.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office required.
  • Experience with AutoCAD preferred.
  • Must possess the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Good oral and written communication skills required.
