    Full-Time, Exempt

    Nationally recognized regional health plan company seeking an Operations Product Analyst to be responsible for being a product data and filing Subject Matter Expert - including bracketed filing.

    Candidate should understand our insurance products and act as a conduit between product design/strategy and product operation teams. Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:
    • Facilitating meetings to create business requirements from the product strategies discussions
    • Documenting business requirements for Enterprise-wide distribution
    • Creating process maps as needed from collaborative conversations
    • Brainstorming, creating, and monitoring of Product Data metrics
    • Researching state filing guidelines/rules to assist in Product Filings

    Must also possess excellent communication skills, ability to organize data and coordinate multiple levels of key stakeholders and ability to take product development ideas, proposals and concepts and translate them to business requirements - socializing across Operations and IT to ensure alignment.

    Lastly, be able to identify ways to drive operational excellence and efficiency into processes - using RPA and automation as applicable.

    POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

    Minimum Education:
    Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Communications, Marketing or other related field or equivalent work experience.

    Minimum Experience:
    Minimum of 2 years of health care or insurance experience (which may include vision, mental health, life/casualty insurance or hospital and broker agency) in product development, product marketing, product implementation/operations, or product communications.

    Required Skills:
    • Ability to utilize various software to document processes or maintain process documentation
    • Ability to introduce change to other teams, facilitate and lead conversations across the Enterprise
    • Ability to document and organize business requirements effectively for distribution to various teams
    • Ability to research internal processes or systems to assist with the establishment and/or monitoring of Product Data metrics
    • Self-directed and detail-oriented with strong organizational, multi-tasking skills, solid judgment, and confidence.
    • Excellent computer and software skills including but not limited to: MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access. Experience with web application data entry programs and data development/management software.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills for application in dealing with all constituents - co-workers, vendors, and management staff.
    • A team player able to work well in an energetic, dynamic, and deadline-oriented environment.
    • Previous experience required in situations demanding strict adherence to confidentiality.
    • Previous experience required in developing new programs, products, or initiatives.
    • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple assignments to meet deadlines.
    • Some travel, including overnight, to work with staff in MVP's regional offices required
    • Performs other duties as assigned.
