CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking an FP&A Lead to join our Corporate Finance & Administration Team remotely from home.

YOUR IMPACT

CHA's corporate support teams provide vital specialized services to our technical business lines and market teams including, financial, legal, marketing, business development, human resources, information technology and operational services. These teams may also support clients when their skills and expertise are required.

The FP&A Lead will be a critical member of CHA's Financial Planning & Analysis team and offers the opportunity to work alongside senior management and lead CHA's financial reporting and planning process. This will be a highly influential and collaborative role that will interact with key stakeholders across the organization in partnership with the VP, FP&A & Corporate Development.

The FP&A Lead will manage the annual budget and forecasting process, assist operations and corporate leaders in target setting, and the preparation of the annual board of directors' presentation. The successful candidate will drive and own analysis around business strategy (e.g., organic growth, probability analysis and what-if scenario modeling), and lead the maintenance and prospective updates for the company financial planning tool: Workday Adaptive Planning.

REQUIREMENTS
    Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics or Accounting; MBA a plus
  • 7+ years of experience in Corporate Finance & Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Workday Adaptive Planning / Insights experience a must
  • Experience working with private equity backed businesses
  • Experience with proforma and debt covenant reporting
  • Experience with mergers & acquisitions
  • Strong financial modeling and excel skills with the ability to translate large amounts of data into both insights and recommendations
  • High level of accountability - and drive to influence others while building key relationships across the organization
  • Experience working in a service-based business - A/E/C industry a plus
