The Temporary IT Operations Specialist's primary responsibility is to provide 1st level technical support and problem resolution for all CDPHP employees and various external entities. This position is responsible for troubleshooting issues with all enterprise technology platforms and applications, responding promptly to customer needs and service requests, and meeting departmental SLA's. The Temporary IT Operations Specialist is expected to work independently to identify, evaluate and recommend modifications to CDPHP's production environment with the goal of improving the overall stability and performance of CDPHP's application and technical environment.

Some of the duties include:

  • Conference room support
  • Interact with internal customers and serve as first level support to the end user.
  • Perform basic desktop/laptop and hardware/software installations.
  • Assist users with log in issues (VPN and Citrix).
  • Maintain Outlook distribution lists for the organization. Add/remove users from Outlook and Active Directory.
  • Perform password resets for users at immediate time of request.
  • Reach out to vendors for support of printers, scanners and faxes and ensure they are meeting their SLA's for repair time.
  • Respond quickly to high priority incidents, escalating to management at appropriate times.
  • Process equipment requests for new hires, moves and internal transfers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate's degree or 2 years of relevant experience required.
  • Proven experience in a technical support role.
  • Experience with Operating system imaging tools and methodologies required.
  • Exceptional customer service skills required.
  • Familiar with current industry standards and best practices in end user technologies.
  • Strong computer literacy - Microsoft system management (SCCM, Active Directory) and operating systems required.
  • Ability to lift and carry 20 pounds as well as kneel, bend and walk (i.e. pick up monitors, picking up computer hardware from loading dock, installing workstations) is required.

CDPHP salary ranges are designed to be competitive with room for professional and financial growth. Individual compensation is based on several factors unique to each candidate, such as work experience, qualifications, and skills. In addition to cash compensation, CDPHP employees may be eligible for an incentive payment, a discretionary cash reward based on employee and company performance.
