Job Title:Americas Regional Marketing Manager

Summary:The Americas Regional Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing across the segments of Automotive, Display & Micro Electronics and Consumer Electronics. In this role, this position will drive growth and profitability in the Americas region through working closely with the commercial leader, global market segment leaders and other functional teams. The Regional Marketing Manager will work closely with the sales and R&D teams to address market unmet needs, drive and lead local NPI programs, develop and execute promotional campaigns, drive lead generation, and support customer engagement efforts.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead, develop and manage short-/long-term growth portfolio (pipeline) in the segments of Automotive, Display & Micro Electronics and Consumer Electronics.

  • Collaborate with Automotive, Consumer and Display Electronics Global Marketing Segment Leaders to Lead short- and long-term America growth strategies development and execution in conjunction with different functions and global segment leaders including product positioning, differentiation, pricing, and roadmap. Align product offerings with market demands and customer requirements.

  • Facilitate technical discussions with customers in America, ensuring alignment and refinement of customer requirements with our internal process engineering teams.

  • Formulate intricate business and marketing plans, evaluating market penetration and product positioning to foster competitive advantage, revenue growth, and market share expansion.

  • Execute thorough competitive analysis for specific products or product lines.

  • Play an instrumental role in devising sophisticated pricing strategies aimed at establishing and safeguarding a leadership position in market share, simultaneously elevating profit margins. Develop marketing tools to ensure the success of complex product introductions.

  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of complex products, managing their introduction and guiding them through subsequent phases until their eventual retirement from the market.

  • Represent the Americas ADE function in Electronics acting as a business partner with other functional leaders.

  • Lead Americas ADE function working closely with commercial team to ensure provision of adequate ADE capability and support to drive growth.

  • Build up ADE team's expertise and sufficient technical capacity to serve growth needs; Set up strategic programs for each ADE from our growth portfolio.

  • Lead ADE team to develop standard data packages, product roadmaps, and sales tools for all market relevant new product launches, and relevant work of global products as well if needed.

  • Lead NPI projects from CTQ identification, application development, customer onsite support, data package development and technical service to customer before and after commercial go

  • Work with GMM to develop standard data packages and sales tools for all new product launches, and for our most important global products.

  • Responsible for regional marcom work, digital marketing tool development through collaboration with EM global marketing communication manager

  • Completes other duties as assigned

TRAVEL: 25-30%

Qualifications:

The following are required for the role

  • BS in Chemistry, Engineering, Material Science, or a related business degree

  • More than 5 years of experience in a marketing role with Electronics-related industries including but not limited to Automotive, Semiconductor, and Consumer Electronics.

  • Able to lead technical discussions with customers.

  • Capable of leading communications with various internal teams such as global marketing, global technology teams, manufacturing sites at different regions, quality, procurement, product stewardship, etc. function teams at multiple sites.

  • Excellent presentation skills.

  • Development of business and marketing strategy.

The following are preferred for this role:

  • More than 5~8 years of experience in the silicone industry preferred

  • Strong technical or business background in Semi-conductor Packaging

  • 3~5 sales experience

  • Master/PhD Degree in Business or MBA or the related field

  • English and Mandarin language skills

Light lifting is required.

What We Offer:Base Pay Range: $107,500.00 - $157,850.00

The actual salary offered is determined by factors including but not limited to education, experience, skill sets, and geography. Additionally, this role is eligible for incentive or sales variable compensation payments. The amount of these incentives is based on the terms of the Company's incentive plans, the Company's financial performance, and/or individual employee job performance.
