We are searching for an intern for our Marketing Team at Gemini in Cannon Falls, MN. This is a full-time or part-time hybrid opportunity for an immediate start with the potential to work through the full summer 2024 season.

About the Role

The Content Writer Intern will gain valuable, hands-on experience working closely with the marketing team, product management, customer service, sales, agency partners, and other stakeholders to write and develop content to grow Gemini's brand awareness and market share.

Responsibilities:

  • Write clear, concise, and compelling short-form and long-form copy for various platforms including websites, media, emails, and other marketing materials.
  • Generate content ideas and concepts to support marketing campaigns, product launches, and other promotional activities.
  • Review and revise content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and sales to gather necessary information and assets for content creation.
  • Track and report on the progress of content initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

  • Assist in the development of content strategies to support overarching business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in an Associates or bachelor's degree, preferably in English, Journalism, Marketing, or Communication.
  • Strong writing skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills through active listening, presentation abilities and effective verbal and written skills.

  • Basic understanding of SEO principles is a plus.
