ASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN
- Assembling specific parts and passing unit to another assembler
- Installs moving parts such as shafts, levers or bearings and works them to test for free movement.
- May perform setup and/or restart of equipment.
MACHINE TECHNICIAN
- Moving from machine to machine checking dimensions, making slight adjustments, documentation and ensuring that the resulting product is within tolerance and up to the highest standard
- Using a variety of tools on a regular basis, including measurement equipment, to ensure that proper tolerances are upheld
- May perform setup and/or restart of equipment.
