We're looking for a Sr. HR Manager to join our team in Eagan, MN! This position will serve as a strategic partner to Marvin's retail and residential replacement-focused business units, including Infinity, Marvin Replacement, and Marvin Windows of Canada, which are critical to the company's long-term growth strategy. These are a mix of new and high growth businesses within Marvin that will require strong partnerships with leaders to craft the long-term people strategy and vision for future success, while also being responsible for day-to-day tactical HR. The ideal candidate will be adept in translating big picture insights into actionable, practical solutions; unafraid to make recommendations and set precedent where none exists.
The Sr. HR Manager plays a key role in securing and developing talent, shaping the culture and promoting Marvin values, and designing the organization (strategy, structure, people, processes and rewards). A successful candidate will demonstrate HR functional excellence and strong partnership with our HR Centers of Expertise in the execution of HR initiatives and cyclical processes, as well as adapting these tools and processes to meet the unique needs of the retail and residential replacement segments of Marvin. This is a leadership position and will provide direction and development to HR Business Partners.
